- Grains (rice, bread, quinoa, wheat, flour, pastas)
- Fruit (except avocados)
EAT
- Meat, poultry, seafood
- Broth and butter
- Eggs and Full Fat Dairy (cheese and cream)
- Olives, Pickles, Sauerkraut
- Olive Oil
- Avocados
- Salt, Mayo, Mustard, Siracha
- Seasonings without sugar
- Low Glycemic vegetables if you want but they are not required.
