Sugar and Addiction

Earlier in February on Weight Loss Conversations, a radio show that airs every Monday at 8-9 am on KKNW 1150 AM, we discussed the physical and emotional and behavioral effects of sugar in a 2-part series.

This article is a nice compliment to the information we covered on the shows. 

We believe that it is really important to discuss sugar and identify people with sugar addiction as this is an eating behavior that is common, but manageable. We also know knowledge is powerful. Our goal is to educate people on the effects of sugar.
