Brandy and Alexis are excited to share a new book, well, not new but definitely worth reading. Glenn Livingston Ph.D. has written several books but we started with “Never Binge Again”. Let me tell you guys, this guy knows what he is taking about. We all have a pig inside of us and Brandy calls hers Herman. We don’t feed Herman. We’ll walk you through the book or at least part of it, we don’t want to spoil it. Stay tuned for after the show for our review of “Dirty Dancing”, not a horror film but a mandatory film Alexis desperately needed to see. We are broadening our movie base to educate Alexis on classics.
