Unlike many dining experiences there will be no need to ask for substitutions, or wonder if the items are included in a ketogenic style of eating. Your dinner will include appetizers, choice of entrées, several side dishes, and dessert! Bring your questions and appetite!

You will be invited to meet some of our very successful patients and hear their personal stories and experiences at Three Health. This is your opportunity to dine with other Keto enthusiasts.

We look forward to spending the evening with you.

Ep 33 “Fat: A Documentary”

Brandy and Alexis explore Fat: A documentary, a recently released film about how our dietary guidelines came to be and what has or hasn’t changed in the past century. Vinnie Tortorich guides us through the food and fitness industry and why we have only continued to get heavier and sicker despite all of the recommendations available on ‘good health’.

Below are links to where you can find the movie, for rent or purchase, for the price of cup of coffee.

Ketogenic Diet Myths vs. Facts

In our podcast Episode 14, we discuss Keto myths and facts using an article written by Nina Teicholz. She begins the article with…

“A slew of articles in recent months have referred to the ketogenic diet as a fad or trend. It’s dangerous, claimed one article, and an anonymous post by the Harvard Public School of Public Health said the diet comes with serious risks. Yet strangely, these critics seldom cite scientists or doctors who work with the diet, and many including the Harvard article cite no medical literature to substantiate their allegations. Without substantiation, many simply rehash long-contradicted, outdated claims.”

You can review the myths we talked about and also review the research behind the facts here.
